1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Investor OS digital product (“Investor OS”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use Investor OS.

2. Nature of the Product

Investor OS is a digital product delivered in formats such as Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, PDFs, and Notion templates. Once purchased, access is granted immediately.

⚠️ Because this is a non-tangible, instantly accessible digital product, all sales are final and non-refundable.

3. License & Usage Rights

When you purchase Investor OS, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or business use.

You may:

  • Use Investor OS files internally for your company or startup.

  • Customize the templates for your own business needs.

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or transfer Investor OS files without prior written permission.

  • Claim the original Investor OS content as your own intellectual property.

  • Share download links, templates, or access credentials publicly or privately outside your licensed use.

Violation of this license may result in legal action.

4. Delivery of Product

  • Upon successful payment via Paystack, you will receive an email with immediate access to Investor OS files.

  • Please ensure the email provided during checkout is correct.

5. Refund Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of Investor OS, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

  • By purchasing, you acknowledge that all sales are final.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Investor OS (including templates, documents, guides, and designs) remains the intellectual property of Prtcircle. Purchasing the product grants you a license to use, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any losses, damages, or missed opportunities related to use of Investor OS.

  • Outcomes of investor pitches, fundraising efforts, or financial decisions made using Investor OS.

You are solely responsible for how you implement the templates and strategies provided.

8. Updates & Revisions

We may update Investor OS to improve functionality, accuracy, or content. Purchasers will be notified of major updates where applicable.

9. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Investor OS if you violate these Terms & Conditions (e.g., unauthorized sharing, resale, or misuse).

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa without regard to conflict of law principles.
